Standard 1yr Hardware Warranty
- Normal original manufacturer's warranty passed to you -- no charge
- Each manufacturer has their specific terms and conditions...see below
- Our 1U Systems are unconditionally warranted for 1yr from the original date of purchase
from our authorized resellers
- After 1yr, there is NO allowance for replacement parts from Linux-1U.net
while your parts are being reviewed/repaired
- Linux-1U.net warrants the following parts under the standard 1yr Hardware Warranty
- Our 1U Chassis Warranty is incorporated here in
- Motherboard, CPU, Memory, Disk drives, Floppy drives, CDROM drives
- Power supply, switches, leds, LCD display
- CPU fans, chassis fans, cables

Software Warranty Limited Software Warranty as Provided by the Original Linux Distributers
- Standard Linux software warranty applies when the "original" linux distribution cdroms are also purchased
- Linux comes with no warranty whatever so ever, written or implied or otherwise
- There is NO written or implied suitability or merchantability of the installed linux software for your application
- While Linux-1U.net does ship a system with linux pre-installed, it is only for our internal testing only

- 15% of Purchase Price
- 3 year unconditional extended warranty
- Extends manufacturers warranty to 3 yr from date-of-shipment
- Our best guestimate of possible solutions to the problem
- We'll send you a replacement part asap to minimize your downtime....
- Broken/dead parts are replaced at no charge
- You send back the bad parts...and be sure to have your data backed up elsewhere
- Availability and costs of replacement parts subject the open market at time of failure
- Customer to be responsible for costs of shipping/handling/insurance to and from our repair facility
- Our labor costs is included to identify and fix the problem
